We produce our jewellery in 14k solid yellow Gold, 925 silver layered in 18k gold plate, 925 silver & brass. We only using genuine semi precious stones in all our collections.

Leather is a living and natural material. A well-treated leather can become even more beautiful and unique over time.
To extend your product's life, we advise you to moisture it with a product adapted to your bag's leather. Additionaly Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the color of the leather over time - That's why we advise you to put your product in its dust bag when you are not using it - Learn More.
We are using mostly natural dyed cow leather, cow nubuck, goat nubuck, suede & cow crunch.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email address. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check if the order went through our systems and what email address provided.
All orders are handled as swiftly as possible and usually shipped within 1-2 working days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your PapayaOslo account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
We can edit your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. We’re not able to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; our team will merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.
Currently one can only use our giftcard in our physical stores. Papaya is working on a solution which will allow customers to use it across all our platform. If you got a gift card and would like to use it on the web please email us at email@example.com.

Absolutely! If you're in Oslo or Stavanger area and would like to pick up your order at our Stores - simply mark it during check out and a confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.

Yes, of course. We will wrapped it in paper with ribbons. Just tick the gift wrap option on the checkout page and we will do all the rest.
If your item hasn't been shipped from our warehouse, we can return the full amount paid. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your item is already been sent, please check out our return policy.
If your ring doesn’t fit properly, you are able to change the size if the ring has not being used. This can be done in our stores or by post. For exchange via post the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Norwegian orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation. International orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
We use PostNord & Bring for domestic orders & FedEx International Economy for all international orders. Estimated shipping timelines are listed below. Keep in mind depending on the postal code, it may take a bit longer than below timelines:
All Fedex International & Door To Door shipments require a signature upon delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
To cancel an order, email us at email@example.com and our team will cancel and refund the original method of payment for you. Keep in mind that we’re not able to cancel custom made orders.

No, it is not obligated to have an account. To access the checkout page, choose your item and go directly to payment. However to enjoy access to your account, order history, order status etc. We recommend you to register yourself.
To become a member of the PapayaOslo you need to register yourself as an active member. Once a member you will have the to agree to receive newsletter and be on the list for special offers and experiences we arrange for our costumers. This can be done under My Account page. and mark it with Papaya club.

The VAT will be deducted for orders shipped outside Norway on checkout. International customer is obliged to pay local customs duties and other applicable taxes. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so customer should contact your local customs office for further information.

Some items at PapayaOslo are limited edition, which means they are not likely to be restocked. Others may take longer to process or are in very high demand. The best way to stay in the know and be notified is by signing up to our newsletter, as we introduce new items often.
We currently charge in NOK, USD & EUR. You can set your preferred currency in our top menu. If you’re visiting us from another country, we recommend using xe.com to view up-to-date currency conversions.
All PapayaOslo products are under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
Any additional fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of PapayaOslo. As we're based in Norway, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We recommend reaching out to your bank directly to provide more insights on this charge and if there is any way to reverse it on their end.
PapayaOslo will reserved the amount on your credit card/PayPal account. It will only be charged once the order is fulfilled and shipped.
